If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your appointment.
A 50$ deposit per credit card it’s asked to book an appointment.
This practice is widespread in the spa and hospitality industry. This allows us to protect against frequent last-minute cancellations or no presence at the appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. Note that the deposit requested is non-refundable only if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up! Otherwise, it will be deducted from your bill or totally refund. (example: If you come for a free consultation)
If you cancel your appointment at the last minute (without respecting the cancellation policy), the deposit will be retained.
We make every effort to remind the client of his appointment and give him the opportunity to cancel without charge. A confirmation text message is sent and if it remains unanswered, a call is made the day before the appointment.
