This practice is widespread in the spa and hospitality industry. This allows us to protect against frequent last-minute cancellations or no presence at the appointment with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice. Note that the deposit requested is non-refundable only if you cancel with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice or do not show up! Otherwise, it will be deducted from your bill or totally refund. (example: If you come for a free consultation)<\/p>\n
